It’s not practical not to sleep after Fajr. Where I live isha can be close to 12:00 AM and Fajr can be as early as 3:30 am. I can’t tell my 10 year old not to sleep after Fajr. Also I can’t tell him not to go to bed before isha so he can wake up early. Some places can be ever earlier Fajr. Sleeping barely 3 hrs can have negative effect on your health as well. Making it impossible to carry out Salah
